Return Policy

Unopened and unused items, purchased directly from ZALO USA via zalousa.com, may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund in the form of a Store Credit or to the original form of payment. Please be advised, a refund to the original form of payment will incur a 10% restock fee. If a gift card is used for a purchase, refunds will go back to the customer in the form of a gift card. Credits/Refunds are for the price of the product, and do not include the cost of shipping.

Please note:

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. It is also the law.
  • Items which do not have pristine, intact packaging are not eligible for return.
  • Defective pleasure objects may only be returned under warranty for a replacement/repair. No refunds are given.
  • Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where our error caused the return.
  • Pre-authorization is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • ZALO will not bear the costs of return shipping.

Please note, items which do not have an intact manufacturer seal will be considered as used, even if you have not used the item. These items will be treated as bio-hazard and will be disposed of accordingly. Our return policy is deliberately rigid. We have a strict return policy in place for the safety and peace of mind of all our customers and employees. Please know that every item we sell is brand new.

If you have any unopened, unused items that are eligible for a return, please fill out the Non-Defective Return Form on our website, click here to view the return form.

Please note:

  • Pre-authorization is required for all returns.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Please allow 14 days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
  • If a refund is issued to the original form of payment, your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
  • If you purchased your product from another website, retailer or store, only defective items may be returned under warranty with a valid proof of purchase. We will not accept returns on item(s) purchased from another vendor.

If upon receipt of your delivery you find that the box has been damaged, opened, or its contents are missing, please ensure that you take a photograph of the damaged packaging which should be emailed to us. If you are at home during the delivery write “Damaged/Opened/Missing content" and refuse the package when delivered by FedEx/UPS/USPS/DHL.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
