"First one I received was faulty but customer service was really great and sent a new one. It was nice while it lasted, died just after the warranty. Probably going to try a different one and hope for a longer life span."
"This company has excellent customer service. I only used the wand maybe 12 times, but had it for a year and a handful of months. They still honored the warranty, gave me a bunch of tips to make sure the new one would last as long as possible, and then sent a replacement once a new model had come out. "It gets the job done, the vibrations are strong enough, there are just a few things. First of all, since the first use after about 10 minutes it starts getting warm/hot at the neck. This is bothersome considering its new and we don’t really go for very long, maybe 20-30 minutes. I really enjoy a different brand’s auto shut off when it loses contact with skin/heat - I became used to it and will just have to get used to turning it off. My husband says we live and learn. For the price, I say we write a review and let others know you might want to consider a different model or brand all together. I’ve had better, but I’ve also had worse."
