Although seller claims 2 day shipping takes 3-4 days but do not exclaim that when selecting 2 day shipping. If your expecting to pay for 2 day shipping you won't get it..most likely be 3-4 days instead, not horrible but when you pay for something and don't receive "2 day shipping". Amazon can do next day or 2 day shipping from time of order, why can zalo not do the same if they offer the same shipping rate?"
"I purchased the Bess Clitoral Massager back in 08/2021. In use I attempted to change the attachment, not having used it in a couple of month, to find that the tip of the massager had broken off and is stuck inside of the attachment. This makes it only possible for use with that particular attachment. For the money that was paid, I would expect a product to be of better quality. And of course the warranty is only for 1 year. Most reputable adult toys brands back their product by with a 2 year warranty. I’ll pay attention to that from now on. I would advise to thoroughly inspect after each use. Definitely a material issue. I was happy with the product until I discovered the flaw. And yes, it was stored properly in its beautiful box."
