Before submitting your claim, please read our Warranty Terms and Conditions.

We are sorry you are experiencing difficulties with your ZALO purchase. Please ensure all required fields are completed, otherwise your warranty claim cannot be processed. All approved warranty replacements require a shipping & handling fee, as follows: $15 for customers located in the United States; $25 for customers placing international claims. This fee covers shipping, processing, packaging, and handling of the replacement product. It applies per warranty claim and must be paid after the claim is approved and before the replacement is shipped. The replacement itself is provided at no cost.
