4 Types of Orgasms, Explained

Welcome to orgasm 101.

When it comes to the Big-O, there is a lot we still don’t know. Women have been faking orgasms since the dawn of time and it seems that recently there’s been a shift in attitudes.

Women are taking back their rights in the bedroom and sex is no longer something we give to a man. We deserve pleasure in bed as much as the next man and this is your crash course on the Big-O and where to find it.

You might be surprised to learn that not all orgasms are one and the same. There are 4 different types, achieved 4 different ways. There’s nothing like a bit of variety to keep things steamy in your sex life.

Here are the 4 types of orgasm, explained.

1. Clitoral Orgasm

The clitoris is the only sex organ designed purely for pleasure and boy does it deliver! With 8000 nerve endings, it’s the one stop shop for an orgasm.

2. G-spot orgasm

While most women need clitoral stimulation to reach climax, many have spoken to the intensity of the G-spot orgasm. While satisfaction is guaranteed, the G-spot can be a little tricky to locate and tends to require a little more action. It’ll usually take around 15 minutes of intercourse to hit the spot but when you do, it’ll be worth it.

3. Full Body Orgasm

The full body is the Beyonce of orgasms. It requires a meditative state of calm and pleasure to reach this kind of full-body quivering climax and sexual pleasure. No hard feelings if you don’t get there though, only a hand full of women will be lucky enough to score one of these bad boys.

4. Multiple Orgasms

Foreplay is the best way to lead up to back-to-back orgasms. A combo of oral, anal and penetrative sex is a steamy way to keep the O’s coming (and coming)
